Many members of our division are engaged in both basic science and clinical research as primary investigators, co-investigators and clinical consultants.
Division members and the Glenrose Hospital at large have strong ties to several faculties, departments and divisions at the University of Alberta including: the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Department of Cell Biology, Department of Surgery, Division of Anatomy, the Centre for Neuroscience, the Faculty of Physical Education and Recreation, and the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine.
Residents with strong interest in research have the opportunity to pursue master’s and PhD degrees during their residency program.
